Belvelly Supermoon

April’s full ‘Pink Moon’ sets behind Belvelly Castle, at the entrance to Great Island, County Cork in this image captured in April 2021. This full Moon was also a Supermoon, meaning the Moon is full at its closest approach to Earth, and appears roughly 15% than average.
