The first step in the booking process takes place when you send an enquiry using to contact form below to reach out to Cian letting him know that you'd like him to photograph your trip.

Please include the following information in your enquiry:

• The names of the courses you'd like Cian to photograph you playing
• Dates of the round(s)
• Number of golfers in the booking
• Any special requests (e.g. 50th birhday, retirement trip etc.)

Cian will then get back to you with a quote tailored to your request.

As standard, Cian only offers still imagery captured using cameras on the ground. Drone videography services are available as an add-on to your package, so please specify whether you would like drone footage to be captured during your trip when filling out the enquiry form.

Videography from ground level - similar to what is captured by YouTube golfers and vloggers - is not provided.

Note: Drone videography is not available for courses in Northern Ireland.

The number of images you'll receive after each round depends on the number of golfers in your booking. Typically, for one round of four golfers, you'd expect to receive approximately 100 images.

Cian will create and share an online photo gallery where members of your group will be able to download the full-resolution, edited, and un-watermarked images captured during your trip.

Wait times to receive images will be longer if you book Cian for more than three rounds.

Reservation: A booking is considered confirmed once the non-refundable 10% deposit is paid.

Confirmation: Upon payment of the deposit, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the link to pay the remaining balance.

Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

Final Payment: Once the deposit has been paid, the remaining balance is due in full 180 days prior to the first date of the booking. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the booking.

Client Cancellation:

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the first date of the booking will incur a charge of 60% of the total fee.
• Cancellations made within 90 days of the booking will incur a charge of 30% of the total fee.
• Cancellations made by the client more than 90 days before the scheduled session will result in a loss of the deposit only.

Photographer Cancellation: If Cian O'Regan Photography must cancel the booking, a full refund including the deposit will be provided.

No-shows & Cancellations due to Non-Weather Events: If your group does not show up, or decides not to play due to reasons other than adverse weather (see Weather policy), no refund shall be provided.

Behaviour/Etiquette: The organiser is responsible for the conduct of the group. Cian O’Regan Photography reserves the right to cease work if behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or obstructs the completion of the service, with no refund due.

Single Round Bookings

• Cian O'Regan Photography will not cancel a round due to adverse weather; the decision to cancel or abandon play rests solely with the client’s group or with the golf club if the course is deemed unplayable or unsafe.
• Where play commences and photography is undertaken, the agreed fee remains fully payable, irrespective of whether the round is shortened or abandoned thereafter.
• In the event that a round is cancelled prior to play and no photography is undertaken, a partial refund of 40% of the total fee (including deposit) may be provided at Cian O'Regan Photography's discretion, with the remaining balance retained to cover costs and the commitment of the date.

Multi-Round/Date Bookings

• Each round booked shall be treated as a separate engagement.
• Cian O'Regan Photography will not cancel any round due to adverse weather; the decision to cancel or abandon play rests solely with the client’s group or with the golf club if the course is deemed unplayable or unsafe.
• Where play commences and photography is undertaken, the agreed fee for that round remains fully payable, irrespective of whether the round is shortened or abandoned thereafter.
• In the event that one or more rounds are cancelled prior to play and no photography is undertaken. A partial refund of up to 50% of the agreed per-round fee may be provided at Cian O'Regan Photography's discretion, with the balance retained to cover costs and Cian O'Regan Photography's commitment to the scheduled dates.
• All completed rounds remain fully chargeable.
