Below are some common questions we're always asked..

What will my order look like?

  • Unframed Prints

    Unframed prints will include a white border around the image that will be digitally signed and inscribed by Cian. Images will be printed on Fujicolour Professional DP II Lustre photographic paper for an added Wow! factor.

  • Framed Prints

    Framed prints will feature a digital inscription and Cian's signature in the bottom right corner of the image as a guarantee of authenticity. The print size ordered will be the size of the image contained within the frame - not the outer dimensions of the frame. All framed prints are mounted and come in a black wooden frame made in Cork.

  • Canvas Prints

    Canvas prints will also feature a small digital signature in the bottom right corner. All prints will have the image wrapped around the edges of the canvas and will be ready for hanging.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Turnaround time depends on what you've ordered, and the shipping address you specified at checkout.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

  • Unframed prints and calendars will be delivered approximately 15 working days after you placed your order.
  • Framed and canvas prints take a little longer, but you can still expect them to be delivered within 20 business days.

EU, UK & NORTH AMERICA

  • Unframed prints and calendars will be delivered approximately 20 working days after you placed your order.
  • Framed and canvas prints take a little longer, but you can still expect them to be delivered within 25 business days.

REST OF WORLD

  • Please allow 30 working days for your order to arrive.

If you select An Post (Tracked Shipping) option at checkout, you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your order on its way to you.

Returns

Unfortunately, accidents happen, and your order may not arrive in the condition it was intended to be.

If your order arrives damaged, pleas send an email to cian@cianoregan.com with details of the damage and I will work with you to offer you a refund or replacement.
